Your business isn't stuck. It's waiting for the right perspective.

Watch how a single conversation can reignite your strategy, confidence, and clarity.

Whether a peer board is your answer or something else, it starts with one conversation.

You're smart. Experienced. Resilient.

But even the most capable business owners reach a point where every decision feels heavier, the team looks to you for every answer, and growth starts to stall — not because you're doing something wrong, but because you've outgrown doing it alone.

Maybe you've felt it:

You don't need more advice. You need perspective, connection, and accountability.

Is a Peer Board Your Next Move?

TAB Northwest Arkansas isn't another mastermind or networking group. It's a professionally facilitated peer advisory board of 6–8 business owners who meet monthly — plus private coaching between sessions — to turn real challenges into real decisions.

You've outgrown the free stuff — the podcasts, the webinars, the networking lunches. What gets you to the next level now is a framework, outside perspective, and the accountability of people who'll hold you to it.

It doesn't replace your industry or professional groups — keep those; they give you the deep, domain-specific knowledge every owner needs. A peer board works alongside them: a confidential room of owners from different industries, never your competition, working the same challenges every business faces. That cross-industry lens is often where the best new ideas come from.

Accountability

A table of owners who'll hold you to what you said you'd do.

Perspective

Honest input from people who've sat in your seat and made the hard calls.

Support to do the work

A framework and a coach that turn decisions into action, not just another meeting.

Not sure yet? That's exactly what the fit call is for.

Questions owners ask before their fit call

What exactly is a peer advisory board?

It's a professionally facilitated group of 6–8 non-competing business owners who meet monthly — plus private one-to-one coaching between sessions — to turn real challenges into real decisions. You bring the issue you're wrestling with; a room of owners who've sat where you're sitting help you see it clearly and act on it.

Who is TAB Northwest Arkansas for?

Established business owners — roughly $500K to $50M in revenue — who feel the isolation at the top and want outside perspective, accountability, and a private thinking partner. It's built for owners who've outgrown the free resources. And if you're earlier on — under about $500K — we have a better-fit starting point for you; just ask on the fit call and we'll point you to it.

How is this different from a mastermind or networking group?

It's professionally facilitated and confidential, built around a proven business-planning framework — TAB Blueprint™ — with non-competing peers and private coaching. It's not lead-swapping, and it's not a room where one ‘guru’ talks while everyone else listens — it's honest counsel from a table of owners who've sat in your seat, with no agenda but your success.

Does this replace my industry association or professional group?

Not at all — keep them. Those give you the deep, industry-specific knowledge every owner needs, and we'd never suggest trading it away. A peer advisory board is complementary: a confidential room of owners from different industries — never your competitors — working the universal challenges every business faces. That outside-industry perspective is often exactly where the best new ideas come from.

What do you actually work on?

It starts with a deep-dive business diagnostic that becomes the foundation of your onboarding, plus a DISC and Driving Forces profile so your coaching fits how you're wired. From there, the work runs through TAB Blueprint™, our business-planning framework: aligning your personal and business vision so they pull in the same direction, naming your personal and company values, working through a SWOT, and building strategy that ties back to that vision — all tracked on a simple KPI dashboard (we'll set one up if you don't already have one). And because accountability without acknowledgment is how owners burn out, we make a real practice of celebrating the wins, so you stay connected to why you started.

What's a typical coaching session like?

We start by checking in on the commitment you made at your last board meeting and where you need support, then work through whatever's most urgent in your business right now. From there we take on a section of your TAB Blueprint™ and line up the next topic to bring to your board. That's the usual rhythm — but every session flexes to what you need most that day.

What's the investment?

Ongoing membership — the monthly board plus private coaching — runs several hundred dollars a month and scales with the size of your business. When you book, you'll get the specifics matched to your size before we even talk, and we'll confirm the exact fit on the call.

How much time does it take?

A monthly four-hour board meeting plus a monthly private coaching session, with commitments between so the work actually moves your business — not just another meeting. And you get as much out of it as you put in: the more you lean in, the more it gives back.

Is it confidential?

Completely. Members sign NDAs, the boards are intentionally small and made up of non-competing owners, and what's said in the room stays in the room. That confidentiality is exactly what makes the honesty — and the trust — possible.

What if my needs change as my business grows?

They probably will — and that's the point. Most owners end up stitching together a coach here, a peer group there, a consultant for the occasional project. With TAB it's one connected system that grows with you: the peer board and coaching to start, and — as you're ready — help aligning your leadership team, developing a second-in-command, sharpening your managers, and planning an eventual exit, all built on the same TAB Blueprint™ framework and backed by TAB's global community of owners. You begin with what you need today; the rest is there when the time comes.

What happens on the fit call?

It's a 30-minute, no-pressure conversation — not a sales pitch. Before we talk, I'll share more about what The Alternative Board Northwest Arkansas is, so you arrive informed. On the call we cover where your business is, what's on your mind, and whether a peer board is the right next move. If it's a fit, I'll say so; if it's not, I'll point you somewhere useful.

Board seats are limited

Don't wait to find your circle.

Our peer advisory boards are intentionally small to protect depth, trust, and connection — so space is limited. If you're ready to gain the clarity, accountability, and perspective you've been missing, now's the time to take the first step.
